• Booking confirmation

  Bookings can be made via credit or debit card using our online booking system on the website.

  Upfront payment is required upon booking. Lawton Links only accepts booking from persons over 18 years of age.

  Cancellations and amendments are permitted up to 1 week in advance (of the check in start time). Stays amended or cancelled a week or less before the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the whole stay. 

  Please note cancellation policies may differ if you book via third-party websites such as Canopy & Stars.​

  Please inform us if you have any specific requirements including disabilities or impairments.

• Arrival and departure

  Your cabin will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure. On departure your cabin and the site are to be left clean and tidy. Keys must be placed back in the lock box and all rubbish/recycling tidied responsibly.

• Guest numbers

  Please ensure the total number of two guests per cabin is not exceeded at any time. We do not allow overnight visitors.

• Children

  Children are welcomed at Lawton Links as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and supervised at all times. Children are to be included in the total number of guests.

• Dogs

  Dogs are welcomed at Lawton Links for an additional fee of £40 per stay.

• Smoking

  The internal areas of the cabins are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in open-air areas. All cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately.

• Drugs

  Lawton Links has a strict zero tolerance policy on drugs and any illegal substances. If any guest is found to be under the influence, the booking will be terminated with immediate effect and the police will be notified.

• Outdoor Baths

  During extremely cold periods, pipes and taps may freeze meaning they cannot be used. Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the baths are running, we cannot guarantee the outdoor baths will be available at all times during the winter months.

• Log Burners and Fire Pits

  Log burners and fire pits are used entirely at the guests own risk.

• Candles and Personal Electrical Equipment

  Using candles within the cabins is done so entirely at the guests own risk, and candles must be supervised at all times. 

  If guests are using their own electrical equipment these should be electrically safe, of sound design and not modified from their original purpose, show no signs of adaptation, overheating or poor maintenance and used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.

  Please note that guests will be liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents by use of candles or your own electrical equipment during their stay.

• Damage and Excess Cleaning Required

  Lawton Links reserves the right to invoice for any damages caused to the property of Lawton Links that has been inflicted by guests during their stay. Similarly if a cabin is left in a poor condition resulting in additional cleaning, repair or replacement, guests may be invoiced to cover costs.

  Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key lost.

• Liability

  Lawton Links accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to guests during their stay at Lawton Links. 

• Personal Details

  Personal information provided to Lawton Links will not be shared with any third party.

• Force majeure

  We cannot accept responsibility or be responsible for compensation in a situation that cannot be avoided, foreseen or is in any way out of our control. The event may include any kind of destruction or damage through fire, flood, explosion, storm, weather damage, break in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather, war or threat, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and any similar situation beyond the owners’ control.

• Code of Conduct

  Guests are asked not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of near-by premises with excess noise or anti-social behaviour. In exceptional circumstances Lawton Links reserves the right to ask guests to leave if a request to behave respectfully is ignored and no refund will be issued.

• Complaints

  We take all complaints very seriously and wherever possible will do our upmost to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If you are unhappy with something during your stay please notify us as soon as possible so we can try and rectify any issues.
