• How to Find Us

  • For the most accurate directions, please use the Google Maps or What3Words locations below rather than relying on the postcode alone.

  • As you approach the farmhouse, the final part of your journey will take you along narrow, hedge-lined country roads. Please drive slowly and be prepared to use the passing places for oncoming vehicles.

  • Follow Google maps all the way to Links Farmhouse. On arrival, look out for the Links Farmhouse sign at the entrance to the access road, then follow the single-track road to the property at the end of the track on the right, where you will see further signage.

  • The nearest train stations are Perth and Dundee.
  • The nearest airports are Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
  • Links Farmhouse is beautifully rural, so we recommend having a car for the duration of your stay. Taxi companies operate from Coupar Angus, Perth and Dundee, although advance booking is strongly recommended. Uber does not currently operate in our immediate area.

• Parking

  Please park in the designated area beside Links Farmhouse, where there is private parking for up to four cars.

• Accessing Links Farmhouse

  • On arrival, you will find a grey lockbox on the right hand wall as you approach the back door, between the kitchen window and the drainpipe.
  • Pull down the grey cover, set the dials to code 1972, then press the two grey buttons on the sides of the box to open it and access the key.
  • There is one key on the keyring for the entrance door. The kitchen door and front door keys can be found in the lock of each door, please do not remove them from here.
  • To lock the door from the outside, lift the handle fully before turning the key.
  • On departure, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the box is securely closed.

• Wi-Fi

  Links Farmhouse has high-speed Starlink internet.

• What Is Provided

  • Kitchen and Laundry
    • Large fridge/freezer, four-door AGA, ceramic electric hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
    • Food supplies include breakfast tea, ground coffee, coffee pods, salt, pepper and olive oil. The tap water is safe to drink.
    • Cleaning supplies include washing-up liquid, hand soap, surface spray, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent.
    • Mixed recycling and general waste bins are located in the bin shed to the right of the main entrance as you exit the farmhouse.
  • Bedrooms and Bathrooms
    • All bed linen and towels.
    • Refillable toiletries include hand soap, body wash and bubble bath.
    • Two hairdryers.
  • Sitting Room and Fireplace
    • Pool table.
    • Dedicated bar area with large drinks fridge.
    • Open fire, matches, fire gloves, firelighters and enough logs for your first fire.
    • Additional logs can be purchased on site for £15 per bag.
    • A fire-lighting guide for anyone who may need a little help getting started.

  A dedicated workspace is provided with a desk, monitor, USB-C to HDMI adapter cable and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi.

• Dogs
